We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or holidays. However, feel free to reach out — we will always accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

• What areas do you serve?

KITCH currently serves clients within Atlanta, GA. If you’re outside this area, let us know — travel arrangements may still be possible.

• How does menu planning work?

Once your inquiry is received, Chef Josh will contact you to discuss your event, preferences, dietary needs, and theme. From there, a custom menu is created just for your occasion.

• Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We can design menus that are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, or allergy-conscious. Just let us know in your booking form.

• What is included in a private-chef service?

Each booking typically includes:

• Custom menu planning

• Ingredient sourcing

• On-site cooking

• Plating and presentation

• Cleanup of the kitchen and prep area

Additional services (servers, rentals, bar service) can be arranged upon request.

• How is pricing determined?

Pricing varies based on guest count, menu selections, location, and service style.
You’ll receive a customized quote after we review your event details.

• Is a deposit required?

Yes — a deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event.

• What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a partial refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable because ingredients and preparation begin in advance.

• Do you offer meal prep or weekly services?

Yes! Chef Josh offers personalized weekly meal prep depending on availability. Ask about recurring service when you submit your request.

• How long does a typical event last?

Most private dining experiences last 2–3 hours, depending on the number of courses and timing.
