My career began in professional kitchens, where technique, discipline, consistency, and respect for ingredients became the foundation of how I cook.
But private dining taught me something different. When you cook inside someone's home, on their vacation, or for an important celebration, the experience becomes personal. You learn what people love, what they avoid, what makes them comfortable, and what makes a meal meaningful to them.
That understanding became the foundation for KITCH — a culinary experience where restaurant-level craft meets the intimacy and individuality of the people around the table.
